WIAW 3...

Good Morning Sexy Turtles!

It's finally October!

Instead of 50 burpees Today,
Go Outside and Enjoy this Wonderful Month!

Welcome Back to another WIAW

Warning:
I had a strange craving week.
I wanted everything unhealthy  L

Chex with Protein Powder

Eggs from Corner Bakery
(I eat 90% plant-based foods with 10% eggs & fish)

Spring Salad with High-Protein Tofu, Brown Rice, and Indian-Spiced Kidney Beans

Lemon Creme Almonds

Eggs Again...
I'll be honest, I just really wanted pancakes and hashbrowns really fast ;)

Cafe Vanilla with Coconut Almond Milk

Red Velvet Whoopie Pie

Spirulina Energy Bar :/

Grapes
Enjoying them while I was watching Say Yes to the Dress J

Brown Rice Cake with Peanut Butter

LaraBars
A Flavor for every Mood J

We all have "Cheat Days"
(however, for me, it looks like a cheat week ;).
The important thing to remember is:
eating unhealthy for a couple of days, does not undo the 90% of the healthy eating :)  Also, by taking pictures I am able to understand my "cravings" for unhealthy food.  I was very low on my protein sources.

BTW...
I found this running path while I got lost going home.
It was so peaceful here!

Thanks for Swimming By!

With Love,
Your Fruitful Turtle

Penny for your Thoughts?
What have you been eating lately?  Do you have days when you eat unhealthy and don't really notice it?

Crockpot Mondays 3...Banana Brown Betty

Good Morning Beautiful Turtles!

Let's Earn our Shower this Morning!

Do 3 rounds of this and you will be ready for that shower ;)

Motivational Tip of the Day:
Make Physical Activity Part of your Daily Routine.
Schedule your workouts like you would a doctor's appointment.  I do better when I look at my schedule and I write down my workouts for the week.  That way, I know what I'm doing each day and I won't be clueless about what exercises to do.
Also try to take the stairs when possible, during T.V. commercial breaks do some type of physical activity such as ~ jumping jacks, crunches, push-ups, etc., and take a short walk after meals J

Can we take a moment of silence for Breaking Bad...Such a good finale, but did anyone think there was too many commercials?

I also went out to lunch with my Mom and Grandma for my Grandma's birthday, but forgot to take pictures L
