Before you look at the pictures I had a strange week.
I was craving very unhealthy things for me L

(I eat 90% plant-based foods with 10% eggs & fish)

I'll be honest, I just really wanted pancakes and hashbrowns really fast ;)

We all have "Cheat Days"
(however, for me, it looks like a cheat week ;).
The important thing to remember is:
eating unhealthy for a couple of days, does not undo the 90% of the healthy eating :) Also, by taking pictures I am able to understand my "cravings" for unhealthy food. I was very low on my protein sources.
I found this running path while I got lost going home.
It was so peaceful here!
